Methi (Trigonella Foenum Graecum) is a sturdy annual that is native to the Eastern Mediterranean. Methi seeds are a deep golden color with a smooth, hard surface and an angular shape. Methi was employed in paste form by the ancient Egyptians as a topical paste to reduce fevers. The medicinal history of Methi continues today 

Suggested Use:
Methi is common in Indian curries and is also blended into some breads from South Asia and Ethiopia. Methi is used in pickling.
