Aji Panca (Capsicum baccatum) is a reddish-brown chile and is fruity and mild. It measures approximately 500 Scoville Heat Units. It makes a wonderful addition to any authentic Mexican meal.

Great for any authentic Mexican chile dish
Ingredients:
Dried Aji Panca Chiles.
Basic Prep:
Rinse product first with warm water. soak in hot water for 10 minutes to rehydrate or add directly to recipe that will cook at least 10 minutes. Once rehydrated, dice or puree and add to a recipe.
Often also spelled Chile, Chilli, Chille.
