About Roast Beef Seasoning
Roast Beef Seasoning is a spice blend used in the preparation of roast beef. It contains salt, garlic, onion, pepper, thyme, parsley and rosemary.
Generously rub the Roast Beef Seasoning all around the roast beef prior to cooking. The seasoning will form a delicious crust around the roast and the flavors will gently permeate the roast during cooking.
The flavors enhance beef to a new level of excellence, one of my favorite spice mixes.
I originally found this in a discount store and tried it. Now, I won't cook any beef without it. Great flavor. I've added it to my stews and soups also. A bit expensive, but well worth it.
