Healthy dessert or snack! Serves one.
Ingredients:
1 peach - washed, sliced then cubed
small handful of pecans, broken into small pieces
Greek yogurt
honey or agave
Paste from one Vanilla Bean
generous pinch of Cinnamon
generous pinch of brown sugar
Scrape the paste from the vanilla bean and stir together with the Greek yogurt and honey to taste.
In a small glass, layer some of the cubed peaches with some of the brown sugar, cinnamon and pecans. Top with the yogurt, then repeat the layering of peaches, pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon.
