Blackberry Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients:

1/2 cup blackberries

1/2 banana

1/2 cup fat free milk

1 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp Cinnamon

1 Tbsp Flax Seed Ground

Pinch of Nutmeg

Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Handful of ice or more to taste

 

Instructions:

Puree all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and enjoy. 

Serves: 1

Excellent source of Vitamin C and Calcium, good source of Iron
